In the event you receive a message from your card (Credit or Debit) issuing bank that the payment was debited from your card, but you did not receive any Transaction ID (or) Order ID, please contact our customer support team (080-84267346) to verify the same. If the transaction was not successful, you can contact your card (Credit or Debit) issuing bank & payment will be automatically reversed.
How do you ship jewellery? How do I know my jewellery is safe during shipping?
We at, take every precaution to ensure that jewellery you ordered reaches you in perfect condition. All products are thoroughly verified, securely packed and sealed in tamper-proof envelope. delivers the product only through reputable courier agencies such as Blue Dart or via Speed Post. All products are completely insured till your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

How long will it take for to deliver the product to me?
Each product is marked with an estimated shipping date. Most of the products are available for immediate shipping, all other products are made to order and hence would require up to 14 days for us to ship those products to you.
What if I am not there at my home to receive the jewellery that I ordered?
Once your jewellery is ready for shipment - Our customer service executive will contact you to confirm and verify your availability for receiving the order. In case you anticipate that you will not be at home on the specific day, you also have an option to change the receiving address prior to the shipping. To ensure that the package reaches you directly and safely, we may request you to show us an identity and address proof document (Only Government Issued) at the time of delivery.

We will ship you a tamper-free packaging envelope. Securely pack your jewellery along with original packaging, original jewellery certificate & invoice copy.
Write your Return Authorization Code on the envelope.’ representative will schedule an appointment with you to collect the product. You do not have to pay for return shipping or insurance.Once we receive your product and certificate, we will evaluate it for confirmation Upon confirmation, we will fully refund you through the mode in which you had made the payment.
