However, there are still some terms and conditions that we recommend you to be aware of before availing our 30 Days Return service.

This returns policy is applicable to, finished jewellery and other related products only. does not accept return of other articles, including but not restricted to gift vouchers, gold coins (in any form), loose diamonds (in any form.), Solitaire jewellery, exclusively customized jewellery or other non-jewelry gift items. Any sign of wear and tear makes the 30 Days Return policy null and void; we will not be able to accept the return if any entity other than has altered it. Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India
30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy gives you time to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase decision. When you decided to return it for any reason, we are glad to offer you an exchange or full refund provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery.
A return can be encouraged only within 30 days of purchase with its original condition except, in the case of a non-refundable special order. Engraving fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Please note that unless explicitly agreed by in writing, the customer bears the return postal charges.
Once a returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item and if accepted, the refund or the new item (in case of exchange) will be processed shortly thereafter. Any items that show signs of wear and tear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewellery items may not be returned under normal circumstances. Any return of engraved jewellery will be evaluated at the sole discretion of

Email your return request to or Call our Customer support team and let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
We would arrange for reverse pick-up
Please pack your jewellery carefully in its original packing (in front of the Courier Person) along with the Original Product Certificate, Original/Copy of Invoice and Return Form, tags and other items in the presence of courier person
In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
Make sure to seal the packet carefully; please note that once you have sealed it, unless it is being destroyed (due to natural calamities) in the transit process, there isn’t another way to open it.
Keep the Return Tracking Number until the time that the return is confirmed by the company.
In case, the above due process is not adhered to,  will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your return order.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase or will be refunded in the desired payment mode of the customer
30 Days Return is not applicable on International Orders/Deliveries!
In the event you want to resize your ring, the company will resize the ring at free of cost, except in certain cases where resizing is not possible without an additional cost.
While repairing, charges might applicable on certain cases; will be determined and communicated by on case to case basis, on such circumstances customer has to borne the repairing charges.
If the resized product costs more than the existing product value, the incremental cost should be borne by the customer. In case of a refund, the payment of the balance amount shall be paid by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
To re-ship the Repaired/Resized product the Shipping charges should be borne by the customer.
